Alien Swing is now with Apple for review. The plan is that I'll spend the next week and half getting a good looking website and some promo videos together and generally trying to pimp it to App Review sites and on iPhone forums before release on Friday 5th February.

Although that, of course, depends on it passing review nice and quickly.

    Well, I have to say (having ahad a sneak preview), that it’s a pretty sweet game, Jack. Good work. Look forward to getting it!

I'm the eponymous Mr Jack, or Jack Aidley if you're being formal, the owner and lead (often only) programmer of Mr Jack Games. I've been a professional programmer for nearly a decade, with half a dozen years working in games and have worked on eight published titles. Mr Jack Games is my chance to take my destiny in my own hands and make the kind of games I like to play.

Mr Jack Games is a tiny indie games outfit founded by games industry veteran Jack Aidley in late 2009 to develop iPhone games. Our first game - Alien Swing - is now available on the App Store.
